Setting the Temperature for Aromatherapy

Depending on the vaporizer you use for aromatherapy also changes the amount of control you get over the temp. Temperature can be down to preference but there are usual agreed levels. Be sure to check in your manual or online to find out your heat settings if not digital.

With most Vaporizers the temperature at its lower end is  93 degrees centigrade (200 F) and climb to over 205 C / 400 F. All our aromatherapy herbs, oils and e-liquids come with a recommended vape temperature.  If you are buying from a good store they should have the recommended temps on display for you. These are thought to be the best temperature to allow the release of vapor from the herbs or essential oils without overheating it or under-heating them. 

As said these are thought to be best but at the end of the day a vapor will know what they like best and at the end of the day. As long as you are not burning what your vaping and you are getting a descent amount of vapor. Then you have aromatherapy sorted. So keep calm vape on and enjoy.
