All UK orders are shipped from within the UK. All orders placed before 2PM will be processed on the same day. All orders placed after 2PM will be processed the following business day. Returns & Cancellations
Here at Namaste, we want our customers to be delighted throughout their shopping experience. Occasionally though we understand that you may want to return items. Namaste adheres to your rights as stated by the Consumer Rights Act & Statutory Cancellation Rights.
Please contact Namaste as soon as possible after placing your order using our contact details if you wish to cancel your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it ships as logistics may have already processed your order. In the circumstance that the order has been processed we will request an RMA on your behalf. Please note that products must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent out. Due to hygiene reasons and health protection we cannot accept returns for products if the seal has been broken. Please get in touch with our team within fourteen days for a full refund, you then have a further fourteen days to return the product(s), if you fail to return in this time frame we will no longer be able to action the refund.
If you experience a fault, please contact our customer service team. They will first try to troubleshoot the issue with you. If the issue remains unresolved an RMA will be requested on your behalf. Namaste offers a refund for thirty days only, after this we will repair the device. If we are unable to repair the device either a replacement or gift card, if we are out of stock, will be issued. If the fault occurs after six months and the device is still under warranty we may direct you to the manufacturer. Returns after six months will only be accepted if you can prove the fault existed at the time you took ownership. If we are unable to replicate a fault, the item will be returned to you. If you have had a change of address since the original order was created, we will recalculate the postage and request the difference to be paid.

Breakages or Cosmetic Damages
Please check your shipment and report any breakages or cosmetic damage within forty-eight hours of receiving your goods for a refund, credit voucher or replacement. Any breakages or cosmetic damages past this point will be assumed your responsibility. If you notice that your product is damaged please refrain from using it, otherwise we will be unable to accept it.

What is a vaporizer?
A Vaporizer is a device used to release the active ingredients of your blends or oils/concentrates without combustion (which creates vapor). This is achieved through either Conduction or Convection (see below).
How is vaporizing healthier than traditional methods?
Instead of burning the material, your product is heated at a much lower temperature. This allows one to receive all of the benefits that blends have to offer without the carcinogens and other nasty by-products that are released during combustion using traditional methods.

What's the difference between Conduction and Convection?
With Conduction vaporization, your blend is placed in direct contact with the heating source. On the other hand, Convection vaporization occurs when hot air passes over the blend, but never actually touches the heating element/source.
Do vaporizers make any noise?
Most vaporizers make no sound at all. However, some of the forced-air units (Volcano, Extreme Q, etc.) will make a light fan noise when the balloons are being filled or air is passing through the whip.
Will I be able to plug in my vaporizer here?
Yes! NamasteVapes sells many of the most popular vaporizers, some of which are manufactured in North America. No need to worry though - whenever you purchase a vaporizer from NamasteVapes we will include a UK compatible plug - no need to spend your time and money - NamasteVapes has you covered.
Does my vaporizer come with a warranty?
For each vaporizer, the warranty period and coverage is pursuant to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Most vaporizers come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. We can handle the entire warranty process on some vaporizers, but some manufacturer's like DaVinci and Magic Flight request that all warranty claims are processed by them directly. We will assist customers wherever possible. Please get in touch one of our representatives if you have any questions concerning the warranty on your vape.
Is there a smell associated with vaporizer?
There is a slight smell that is released upon exhaling (comparable to lightly burnt popcorn), but it’s very mild when compared to traditional methods.
I'm trying to place my order but I am getting a "General Decline of Card" error. How can I complete my payment?
Some cards may not work with our credit card gateway, Cyber-source. If you receive a General Decline Of Card Error, we recommend trying an alternative form of payment or contacting your bank as they may need to approve the charge. 95% of payment errors are resolved when customers contact their bank to approve the charge.
